I was looking for a small travel trailer and located one on Craigslist / Crestview RV. I sent an email of interest and was promptly contacted by Jared Chastain. I had an old motorhome to trade in for the JAYCO travel trailer. The experience was flawless. In almost a year I had some changes in my life and the travel trailer just did not fit in these changes. I contacted Jared Chastain. and brought my JAYCO back to Crestview RV to sell on consignment. In less than 2 weeks my JAYCO was sold. From Jan 2019 to Nov 2019 all contacts and transactions with anyone at Crestview RV was seamless and I felt like a family member of Crestview. Two years ago, I stopped in to look around and meet Renee. She showed a few trailers, and I left. A few weeks back, I called her about putting my current trailer on consignment for sale. I brought it in, and she and Janie took care of everything quickly, and I was on my way. So I changed my mind and called Renee and told her I wanted to trade it in, and she asked me what kind of travel trailer I was looking for, so I told her. She said I have the perfect one, so I came out earlier in the morning and purchased that trailer, a 2021 Keystone Sprinter. It was indeed the one that fit all my needs and wants. The entire purchase was straightforward, quick, and painless. You could tell that Renee, Janie, finance, service, and parts, knew what they were doing. Very experienced and professional crew, and there wasn't any detail that wasn't taken care of. Great job, and I really appreciate everyone's help at Crestview in Selma and will highly recommend people to buy, sell, or get parts and service from Crestview. About a year ago we went to several RV dealerships looking for an RV that was smaller than the Class A motorhome we had. We couldn't find anything that fit our needs. Then, a few days ago, we decided to try again. We met Renee and explained what we needed and she said "I have just the one for you" and she was right! Renee is amazing, full of energy and such a joy to talk with. We felt like she really cared about what we wanted/needed. Within a short time, the trade-in was negotiated and today, we picked up our new RV. We are excited to take it out on the road soon! We had a very good experience. We purchased our 2024 Montana fifth wheel during the RV show. Renee was great to work with. She answered all of our concerns, explained everything about all the new features on the fifth wheel and was a no pressure salesperson. We also had a good walkthrough with Ignacio and dealing with Rob on the paperwork was easy. This is the second RV I have purchased from Crestview and highly recommend them - Jimmy
